It looks like everything is back to full swing.  Schools are well underway; college students have started classes, and we are three weeks into our fall schedule here at church.  I love the fall season, and I always look forward to a steady routine.  

It has been a good week here.  It was great to see some of our sick and wounded back in church on Sunday.  Sadly, we had some that were healthy added to the list of those who need our prayers.  I hope that you check that prayer list every week and keep your sisters and brothers in prayer.  We have a mighty weapon in prayer, it would be a shame not to use it.

This week we have seen our young adults fellowship, we have seen Wednesday small groups grow deeper, we have fed the hungry through Manna Pantry, the staff is working on plans for upcoming events and outreach moment, and we have spread the Good News through our preaching, teaching and social media outlets.

I hope that everyone gets a nice break over Labor Day.   I pray that you are able to use it as a respite so that you can bounce back with fervor in the weeks to follow.  We have much to do and many to reach.

Faith Student Ministry is invited to come and bring a friend to Lake Point Station for an afternoon of fun!  The cost per person is $10.  The cost includes the games, but bring additional money for food.  

Join us for our Fall Craft Morning!  You will choose one of three designs to paint on an 11x14 canvas.  Breakfast and all supplies will be provided.  Your canvas will have the selected design pre-drawn from the artist from Sudio 306 GA .   The cost is $40 per person.

Come enjoy the stunning fall foliage on a 4-hour Fall Train Ride. We’ll journey 26 miles roundtrip through the countryside along the Toccoa River, discovering winding rivers, rich wildlife, and the historic background of Blue Ridge. The 4 hour round trip will allow us some time to explore the twin towns of McCaysville / Copperhill during a 2-hour layover. We will leave Faith at 8:00am.  You may want money for lunch & additional spending.
